My award-winning cakes are a unique experience of beautiful edible art with immense attention to detail, and craftsmanship of flawless finishes, and stunning sugar florals to reflect the style and theme of your special day.
The cutting of the cake is a very important wedding moment that will be an everlasting memory of your special day. This is one of the first foods you will share as a married couple. It is the most elaborate dessert you will ever buy and deserves to be tailored to your unique story.
Design Process
1. Consultation
The first step of your wedding cake journey begins with a one-on-one design consultation with Chef Toni, who will guide you through the process and answer all your questions.
2. Tasting
Now for the most delicious part of your wedding planning! You will experience six of my flavours in a luxury wedding cake-tasting box for £45. These flavours could be chosen in advance from my menu.
3. Sketch
After your consultation and tasting, a £150 initial non-refundable payment is required to confirm your booking. A detailed sketch of the proposed design will be provided for you to review and approve.
4. Delivery
I will communicate directly with your venue coordinator or wedding planner and take care of delivering your cake, transporting it from my studio to your venue, and assembling it with the utmost respect.

Modern Croquembouche
Prices start from £250.00
Small: serves 20 – 40 Contains a minimum of 80 Choux buns. Sits on a 12″ cake drum, approximately 40cm tall.
Medium: serves 28 – 56 Contains a minimum of 112 Choux buns. Sits on a 14″ cake drum, approximately 55cm tall.
Large: serves 45 – 90 Contains a minimum of 180 Choux buns. Sits on an 18″ cake drum, approximately 75cm tall.
Extravaganza: serves 60 – 120 Contains a minimum of 240 Choux buns. Sits on an 18″ cake drum, approximately 100cm tall.
Epic: serves 115 – 230 Contains a minimum of 460 Choux buns. Sits on a 20″ cake drum, approximately 120cm tall.
Additional Information
Anniversary Cake
An additional replica top tier can also be provided, presented separately in a 6″ x”6 box tier with a ribbon, should you wish to freeze it to enjoy at a later date. Prices will depend on the design of your cake.
1. Dummy Tiers
A dummy tier is indistinguishable in external appearance from a real tier. It is made from lightweight Polystyrene and decorated in the same way as a sponge cake. For certain designs, dummy tiers can be effective in adding height and drama without wasting a lot of cake. For certain designs, they can also help keep the cost down, supplemented with “cutting cake”
2. Delivery
Delivery fees will be determined by the mileage between your venue and my studio in Bristol, and the amount of time needed for assembly. Generally, 3-tier wedding cakes are transported pre-stacked and do not require assembly time at the venue. Larger cakes are often transported semi-assembled and finished at the venue, or require full assembly at the venue.
3. Cake Stands
I do not offer a cake stand hiring service, but this can be arranged and will be reflected in your final invoice. You will have the option to return the cake stand for a full refund subject to no breakages.
4. Deposits and Booking Fees
A non-refundable payment of £150 is required to secure your booking. After that, you will receive your wedding cake sketch to approve your design. The remainder of the balance is due 3 weeks before your wedding date. If you love my style and know you would like me to design your cake but aren’t quite ready to discuss design in detail yet, you can put down a non-refundable booking fee of £250 to secure your date. This will be deducted from your final balance.
A final quotation will be provided once your design has been finalised following your consultation.
